TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you are agreeing and accept to the T.O.S below.General Information:✦ I will draw: fanart, original characters, slightly lewd, animals(emotes/simplistic design only)
✦ I will not draw: hardcore nsfw, armor/mecha, wrinkles, gore/bloodCommission Process:
✦ Submit your request via to message me on Twitter: @YumizuArt or Discord: Yumi#1860
Please include reference image as much as possible. image, description what you want in your emotes/badges/chibis/, etc.
✦ If your commission is accepted, you will be contacted and an invoice will be sent to your paypal.
✦ Payments must be made via PAYPAL ONLY and must be received in full before commission starts. All prices are in USD.
✦ When your sketch is completed, I will send them to you for review. If you need to edit any details, please let me know in this step. You are allowed a total of 3 revisions once the sketch is sent. After that, you will be charged a fee of $10 per revision. If you want to change idea and I have to start a complete new sketch, you need to pay extra $15/each.
✦ After the sketch step is passed, I will finish your commission as soon as possible.
✦ After I completed your order, I will send you the screenshot. I will not fix any thing in this step except color.
✦ After you are satisfied with the final product. I will send all files for you via email, includes: 28px, 56px, 112px for emote; 18px, 36px, 72px for badge ; 1000x1000 pixels for chibi.Payment:

✦ Emotes should be for personal use only on twitch or discord (non-commercial). IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO INQUIRE ABOUT COMMERCIAL WORK AND BIG SIZE TO PRINT MERCH YOU MUST TELL ME FROM THE BEGINING. Because I do not draw big size right from the start. You must pay 50% aditional commercial fee. Big size is 500x500 pixels (to print keychain, sticker). If you want other sizes, please contact me directly via twitter or discord.
✦ If you choose to use your commission publicly (as a profile picture, emotes etc), please credit either my Twitter (@YumizuArt) or website (yumizuart.carrd.co)
✦ I hold rights to the produced drawing and may use the art for display purposes
✦ Emotes are not to be edited, resold, animated, or drawn on by anyone other than myself after completion the commission.
